2. CHILDREN
As our Game is centered around supporting charities, our Services are intended for use by an adult audience, and we do not offer services to children. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to us through the Services please contact us at privacy@meaningfullgames.com and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases. This in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond to that child to inform them that they cannot use the Services.
3. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
We collect information that alone or in combination with other information in our possession could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”) as follows:
Personal Data You Provide. We collect Personal Data from you when you provide it to us directly. For example, when you sign up for our mailing list, we will collect your email address and whatever interest selection you make. When you fill out the contact form on our Site, we will collect your name, email address and any other information that you choose to include in your communication. When you select a charity to support or a US State of interest within the Game, we will collect information about your selection.
Automatically Collected Information. When you visit, use, and interact with the Site or the Game, we may receive certain information about your visit, use, and interactions.
For example, through the Site we may collect your name, IP address, device ID and other information about your device, browser ID, information about the resources that you access and use on the Site and information about your interactions with advertisements. We may receive any information that your browser automatically sends whenever you visit the Site which may include your Internet Protocol address, browser type and settings, the date and time of your request, and how you interacted with the Site.
When you play our Game we collect the Personal Data necessary to make the Game function, to detect and address crashes and bugs, to save your preferences, to understand how you interact with the Game and to track your in-game achievements, the teams you’ve joined, and the charities you’ve chosen. This information may include your user ID or platform ID, device information, and log data.
Cookies: We use cookies to operate and administer our Site, gather usage data on our Site, and improve your experience on it. A “cookie” is a piece of information sent to your browser by a website you visit. Cookies can be stored on your computer for different periods of time. Third-Party Information Collection Through the Services: As stated above, some features of the Site and Game are served by third parties (“Third-Party Services”). The usage information we collect helps us to improve our Services and to deliver a better and more personalized experience by enabling us to:

In certain circumstances, we may share the categories of Personal Data described above without further notice to you, unless required by the law, with the following categories of third parties:
● Vendors and Service Providers: To assist us in meeting business operations needs and to perform certain services and functions, we may share Personal Data with vendors and service providers, including providers of hosting services, cloud services, email newsletter services, analytics providers, advertising and marketing services and the marketplace where you purchase and download the Game. Processing Requests and Responses: Please note that we may be unable to process your request if you do not provide us with the above information. We will respond to most consumer requests within 30 to 45 days of receipt, depending upon where you reside. However, some requests may take longer.
